Check in: 2 pm – 6pm / Check out: 11am
Please notify us if you plan to arrive outside of these hours.
We will accomodate an early check in if it is possible with our check out and cleaning schedule for that day.
Upon your arrival we will offer coffee or chocolate, hot teas & infused water for refreshment.
We also will complete a short 5-10 minute orientation to help you get to know the local area and our property.
We can also briefly cover tours & activities available on and off property and answer questions you may have.
We have found that this will greatly assist you in having the best, most efficient experience while you are our guests
Reception: Our reception opens at 6:30 am daily and closes at 7:00 pm each evening.
Amenities close at 8:00 pm
Staff on premises 24 /7 for any guest needs.
Our property entry gate closes at 9:00 pm each evening & re opens at 5:30 am each morning to control entry to
our property after hours of those without reservation. However, we always accommodate our
guests that need to be out after 9:00 pm for tours or late dinners
****We are a non-smoking property****
Smoking is not allowed in any building, patios, decks or natural trails, jungle or garden areas.
Guests must walk to the end of our driveway to smoke. Please consider this prior to booking.
Children Policies: We accept children 8 years old and older at the same price as adults.
Children are the sole responsibility of parents anywhere on the property grounds.
Please accompany them at all times including the pool area, jungle and Jungle deck.
No climbing or hanging on any of the railings or cables for the Pura Vida deck, Jungle Yoga deck or
reception veranda or running in the pool or jacuzzi area for your safety.
Pool and Jacuzzi until 8:00 pm, Adults only Jacuzzi after 4:00 pm.
*Children of all ages are charged the same rates as adults*

Reservations - Payments - Cancellations

We are honored to host you and want to provide the best experience possible for your stay.
In order to do so these are our policies for direct reservations.

Our Rates Include: a healthy locally sourced vegetarian breakfast daily, daily hot teas and infused water in reception,
access to the outside dipping pool and in-ground Jacuzzi, covered Yoga/Meditation deck , property jungle trail ,
Bird viewing Veranda , on-site spa, safe parking, gated property and an espresso machine
& yoga mats in your bungalow and our personalized attention to all of your needs.
Payment Policies: We must have a valid credit card on file to confirm your reservation. This includes full card information: number, name on card, expiration date, CVC code and billing zip for validation.
Please note due to the high demand for our property, a pre-payment is required.
We will process a full pre-payment for your booking via "Tab Hotel Payments" (our payment platform) within the next 48-72 hours. This is required to secure your reservation. We selected Tab Hotel Payments for their transparency, simple & fast refund process and their excellent exchange rates for our guests which is usually the best in the industry for international payments. Tab charges a 4% international fee which will be included in your final payment and the hotel also pays a fee for their services.
If you prefer not to use this service, the initial prepayment is still required but can be fully refunded (including tax & fees) upon arrival at the hotel and then cash or credit card payment may be applied.
We offer a 10% discount for cash payment at check in!

When you complete your booking via our website, your reservation is currently confirmed and will be held until the prepayment is attempted and processed. Please inform your credit card company of the upcoming payment. If the payment does not process for any reason we will reach back out to you with a payment link for you to complete the payment manually. Thank you for your consideration and prompt attention to this process.
Cancellations: Should you need to cancel this reservation for any reason, your payment including taxes or fees is 100% refundable back to the original method of payment 15 days or more before your check in date. Such a refund will take 5-10 days to show as a credit back to your card
depending on your bank.
Modifications: If you need to modify a reservation, our policies follow the same guidelines - Modifications 15 days or more before the check in date will receive 100% credit toward the modified booking. Modifications requested less than 15 days before the current check in date, will not have any credit applied and a new payment will be required. (There is an exception to this, when a modification request is for a new booking within 7 days of the original booking and we have availability, then we will apply the full credit toward the modification).

Travel/Trip Insurance: We recommend that all travelers consider purchasing trip insurance to cover
reimbursement in the event of circumstances be control your control such as Natural disasters, airline and flight changes, personal or work circumstances, illness or death or other that might cause you to need to adjust or cancel your trip .

Driver & Tour guides Policies: Sueno Celeste encourages guests to rent a vehicle for easy movement throughout the area - Local Drivers and transport however are available upon request. We ask that you notify us in advance if you are coming without a vehicle and that so that transport can be arranged before arrival.
